miratempo is currently running as a free beta. The public version has no active paid subscriptions, card payments through miratempo, or platform commission.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using miratempo.com, app.miratempo.com, or the miratempo mobile app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account and email confirmation
You are responsible for data accuracy, access to your email and password security. Email must be confirmed before you access the specialist dashboard, client booking history, or additional role activation. Do not register an email that does not belong to you, and do not share your guest access codes with other people.
3. Beta status
Free beta means features may change, temporarily disappear or work with limitations. We try to deal with data carefully and maintain the stability of the service, but the beta version does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all functions or permanent free access after the beta is over.
If miratempo launches paid subscriptions, pricing, trials, payment method, renewal and cancellation rules will be shown before the first charge. Until such a launch, the public version does not allow paid subscription checkout on the website.
4. Fair use
Features for bookings, clients, reminders, profiles and referrals are intended for ordinary work use by an independent specialist. You may not use the service for spam, artificial registrations, automated scraping, bypassing technical restrictions, load that harms other users, or actions that violate the law or other people's rights.
We may limit, suspend or terminate access to the Service, referral attribution or future discounts if we see fraud, technical abuse, violation of these Terms, or a security risk to the service, users, or third parties.
5. Roles of the specialist and the client
Specialists are independently responsible for the content of the profile, description of services, prices, rules of cooperation, qualifications, legality of their own practice, communication with clients, and links to meetings. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of contact data, timely use of links and access codes, and fulfilling agreements with the specialist.
miratempo helps you organize your schedule, notes, reminders, profiles and payment statuses. miratempo is not a party to consultations, training sessions, therapy or other services between the specialist and the client, does not verify the content of each consultation and does not guarantee the result of a professional service.
miratempo is not medical, psychological, educational or emergency service. The specialist independently determines whether they can legally provide their services to a specific client, in a specific jurisdiction and under specific circumstances.
6. Payments between the specialist and the client
miratempo can show the cost of specialist services, currency, status payments and details for direct payment to the specialist. Such calculations take place directly between the specialist and the client. miratempo does not accept, hold, or transfer these funds.
The payment status in miratempo is a working mark for the specialist and the client. It is not a bank confirmation of payment, a tax document or a guarantee of service performance.
7. Future miratempo subscriptions
In the future, miratempo may offer a paid subscription for access to the specialist dashboard. If subscription checkout is enabled on the website, payment will go through a supported payment provider. Full card details will not be stored in miratempo.
Marketing examples of future value are indicative. The current planned base price of the web subscription is 490 UAH per month, but the final price, the availability of the trial period, discounts, taxes or possible charges from third-party providers will be shown before the first charge.
If iOS or Android subscriptions are launched, the rules of the relevant app store or a mechanism authorized by it may apply. Referral attribution may be shown in the mobile application separately from discounts that apply to subscriptions purchased on the website.
8. Referral program
Specialists can get a personal referral code or link. During the free beta, codes can be distributed, entered during registration and saved in the account as invitation attribution. Such attribution does not provide cash payments, cashback, bonus balance, or retroactive compensation for the free-use period.
If after launching supported paid subscriptions on the site the invited specialist purchases and pays for such a subscription, the referrer receives a 10% discount on their monthly site subscription for each active paid invitation. The total discount is limited to 80% and calculated from the base price of such a subscription, not from an already reduced amount.
The invited user can receive a one-time 20% discount for the first month of a subscription, if such a subscription is available and purchased on the website. In v1, monetary referral-program discounts apply only to subscriptions purchased on the website. Mobile subscriptions may keep attribution, but they do not receive these discounts until separate native support exists.
The code cannot be applied to your own account, it cannot be changed retroactively, transferred between accounts, or used for artificial registrations. Referral attribution and discounts are not money, are not paid out, sold, or transferred between accounts, and may not apply if the subscription, provider, or payment channel does not support such a discount.
9. Integrations and Notifications
A specialist can independently connect supported integrations, such as Google Calendar and Meet. If the integration is connected, miratempo uses it only for functions that are visible in the product: creating, updating or deleting events, syncing bookings, and creating meeting links. A specialist can disable the integration in the settings.
Service emails, reminders and push notifications can be sent for account confirmation, booking access, schedule changes, security, reminders and work events. Push notifications in the mobile application are turned on only after the specialist takes action in settings.
10. Account deletion
You can delete the account in settings after confirming the current password. If the account has both a client and a professional role, deletion applies to both roles. After deletion, signing in with this account is no longer possible.
11. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Within the limits allowed by law, miratempo is not responsible for arrangements, payment, professional quality or result of services between the specialist and the client.
12. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ukraine. If mandatory rules of another jurisdiction necessarily apply to separate relations with the user, they apply only in that part.
