About the project
miratempo.com is a platform for independent professionals that helps manage practice, schedule, clients, bookings, reminders and working payment statuses. The service is launching with a focus on Ukraine and uses Ukrainian as its main language.
Current status
The public version of miratempo is currently running as a free beta. This means that miratempo does not charge for subscriptions, does not take a platform fee, and does not process card payments. Specialists can use the service to organize work, while payments between the specialist and the client remain direct agreements between those parties.
If the service changes operator, legal structure or launches paid subscriptions, legal pages will be updated before or with the corresponding change. Marketing examples of a future price or discount are indicative until supported subscription checkout is launched.
miratempo organizes the work processes of specialists, but is not a party to psychological, educational, consulting or other professional services between the specialist and the client.
Data protection
miratempo uses email confirmation, session cookies, CSRF protection, technical cookie mark about cookie notification, an optional cookie hint to return the specialist to the dashboard, the mt_locale, mt_timezone, and mt_phone_country preference cookies for language, initial time zone, and phone defaults, access by roles, encryption of private fields, search by hashes for private identifiers and independent account deletion. Cookie hints do not authorize access and do not replace logging into the service. Encrypting private fields means protection in the database, not end-to-end or zero-knowledge encryption.

Applicable law
The operator is located in Ukraine, therefore the basic right for the operation of the service is the applicable legislation of Ukraine. GDPR, ePrivacy or other mandatory rules apply where they extend to specific data processing or user interaction.
