Write to us if something is not working as expected, if you need help with your account or bookings, or if you have an idea that would make miratempo more useful for your practice. We are open to feedback and suggestions for new features.

How we can help

  • Check an issue with a booking page, schedule, reminders, Google Calendar, or meeting links.
  • Receive feedback about anything in the interface that feels inconvenient, unclear, or needs better localization.
  • Discuss features you need for your practice, clients, payments, or booking workflows.

miratempo grows together with the professionals who use it. If you are missing a feature, integration, setting, or language detail, tell us. These messages help us prioritize the next improvements.

We cannot promise to build every idea immediately, but we read requests carefully and look for solutions that help more independent professionals.

What to include

For technical questions, include the account email, the page or action where the problem happened, the result you expected, and a screenshot if it is useful. Do not send passwords, access codes, or full payment details.
